Founded in 1939, Economy Furniture, located in beautiful downtown Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina, is a family owned and operated business. With a beautiful storefront and room-style displays, Economy Furniture has earned an excellent reputation of selection, value, service, and dependability. Joseph Shealy founded our store and it has remained a family business ever since. Economy Furniture Company has always been committed to providing the customer with great values and reliable service. We provide the same friendly, reliable, small-town service as we did in 1939. Our store provides the customer with an abundant in-store selection and a large inventory so that you can enjoy your purchase in no time with same day delivery*.

Although we are Economy Furniture, our inventory encompasses a very large selection of household items. We carry appliances, electronics, floor covering, mattresses, accessories and of course, furniture. In our appliance department we have a great selection of washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, ranges, microwaves and more. Our electronics department holds an excellent selection of televisions, home theater systems, DVD players, vacuums, stereos and other electronic equipment. The furnishings we have in stock include furniture for the bedroom, kitchen, office, patio and living area. Our flooring department hosts a wide selection of carpet, vinyl, laminate, and wood flooring. As mentioned in the introduction, our store is a family-owned business. The current manager of the store is Brent Shealy, the third generation behind Otho Shealy. Brent is committed to upholding our tradition of quality service to the customer. He is always happy to help the customer find what is best for their needs and is well informed about all of our products. Brian Shealy and Betsy Shealy, the fourth generation of Shealys, are now employed in various phases of management. Delivery Options

We offer same day delivery on most in-stock merchandise purchased in-store before 1:00 PM. This express delivery service is available to customers living within a thirty mile radius of our store and applies to most purchases made in-store of $1099 or more. Online purchases made through economyfurn.brandsource.com are subject to delivery and installation charges found in the shipping policy.

Delivery within the state and in certain parts of Georgia and North Carolina can be arranged by our experienced staff on a fee basis. All other deliveries are FOB Batesburg-Leesville, South Carolina.

Warranty and Extended Protection Information

All new furniture, mattress, appliance, electronic, and flooring products come with a factory warranty. Please refer to your owner's manual for specific warranty information or contact us for specific warranty information.

		We offer Expert Protection extended protection plans on most new bedroom, dining room, and living room furniture, mattresses, appliances and electronics. Extended protection plans may be purchased at the point-of-sale or after the initial product purchase (appliances and electronics only) for a limited time.
		We also offer quality Guardsman fabric and leather protection service that warrants your upholstery from rips, tears, stains, and burns for 5 years from the date of purchase. This service is only available for purchase on new merchandise before delivery or pick-up.

Return Policy

In order to provide the highest quality service and merchandise, Economy Furniture Co. offers the following return policy: If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the product for an in-store credit or refund within 3 days of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection, a 15% re-stocking fee, and a $79 pick-up and delivery fee (if applicable). Any special order, labor, or protection plans are not refundable. Mattresses may not be returned after delivery unless authorized by the manufacturer.
